1. Agreement
By using WORLDTAINER services, you agree to these terms. Equipment rentals are subject to separate written rental agreements upon quote acceptance.
2. Equipment Use
Lessees must operate rented equipment per manufacturer specifications, maintain required power connections, and comply with all applicable regulations including GDP and FDA requirements where applicable.
3. Rental Terms
Minimum rental period is 7 days unless otherwise agreed. Lessee is responsible for on-site power, level ground, and safe access for delivery. Late returns may incur additional charges.
4. Liability
WORLDTAINER maintains comprehensive insurance on all fleet units. Lessee liability for damage beyond normal wear is outlined in the rental agreement.
5. Quotes and Pricing
Rental quotes are valid for the period stated on the formal quotation document. Prices are subject to availability and may change until a written rental agreement is executed.
